Service Level Agreements

Service Level Agreements are available for desktop and server support. SLAs guarantee a specified number of hours per month for priority support. Fees are calculated based on the number of PCs, laptops, servers and other devices on your network — usually at a fixed price per device. SLAs ensure peace of mind because effective support is only a phone call or an email away. SLAs also ensure that support costs associated with IT infrastructure are budgeted and make up an affordable component of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
