Connecting to Dynacomm Remote Support Console

 

  • Open your web browser.
  • Erase the current address and type in SUPPORT.DYN.CO.ZA
  • Click "Enter"

 

  • You should now see the page below.
  • From the list of representatives, click on the name of the representative that instructed you to access remote support.

 

  • When you see the screen below, click on "RUN"

 

  • Click "RUN" again

 

  • The Remote Session will now begin and you can chat to the Representative via the chat window.
