How do I set-up an auto responder or out of office reply?

Activate an out of office message for your mailbox in webmail.

  • Login to webmail (http://dynacomm.co.za/webmail)
  • Click on "Options" found at the top of the page.
  • Click on "Account" and then "Autoreply".
  • In the message box that appears enter the complete message, including any signature, you would like the sender to receive.
  • Make sure the checkbox next to "Enabled" is checked.
  • Optional step - Select dates and times for the duration of the autoreply by selecting a start and end date using the fields provided. Doing this will automatically activate and deactivate the message. Please note! that the start date has to be in the future.
  • Then click "save".

Remove an out of office message for your mailbox in webmail.

  • Login to webmail (http://dynacomm.co.za/webmail)
  • Click on "Options" found at the top of the page.
  • Click on "Account" and then "Autoreply".
  • Make sure the checkbox next to "Enabled" is not checked.
  • Then click "save".
