Filezilla File Upload Guide

Filezilla can be downloaded here.

1. After you launch FileZilla, click on the New Site button and enter a name for the new connection settings. (In some older versions of the program you will need to go to File and then select Site Manager)
   
   • Please enter your connection details (ie, Host Name, username and password)
   • Once configured you can pick your website from the site manager list.
2. Alternatively you can fill in your details in the Quickconnect area and connect using the Quickconnect button.
3. The folders for your site is located in the right hand side. They vary depending on the type of server you're on. One of the folders is the main directory, in the Dynacomm hosting enviroment this folder is usually "/web", double click on the folder to open it.
4. In the left hand menu browse to your local website folder
5. Simply select the files and drag-and-drop them to the right of the screen (your web folder).
6. You will notice the transfer progress on the bottom of the screen. In some versions of the program you will need to initiate the transfer process, go to Transfer and the top of the screen and select process que.

WS_FTP can be downloaded here.

1. After you launch the WS_FTP client, go to the File menu and click on Connect.
2. In the COnnection Wizard, enter the Site Name and clieck next.
3. Enter your site connections details as prompted.
4. Click on the Connect button and select your new account.
5. Navigate to your folders and select the files that you wish to upload. Drag them into the "/web" or appropreate subfolder to upload to our server.
