Once connected to your website using your FTP client, you will see a set of folders. If logs are enabled the "/log" folder will be accessible from there. You can download the log files to your machine and open it with a normal text editor or use parsing software where applicable. Our guide on how to connect using your FTP client can be found here.

• The error.log file will contain useful information if you are experiencing website or database problems. This file can be opened with a text editor.
• The access.log file can be used to generate your own website statistics, or you can use the generators we have already preconfigured.
